Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Valid Period: All Top Wash gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
$25 Automatic Wash Voucher: The $25 Top Wash voucher is valid for automatic wash services only and must be presented at time of use.
Car Detailing Vouchers:
Car detailing gift vouchers are sold using “prices starting from”. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requirements. Any additional costs beyond the voucher value must be paid by the customer at the time of service.
Non-Transferable & Not Redeemable for Cash: Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged, and must not be resold.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Top Wash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Treat vouchers as cash.
Booking Requirements: For detailing services, bookings are recommended or may be required. Please contact Top Wash in advance to secure your appointment.
Expiry Enforcement: Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended under any circumstances.
Amendments: Top Wash reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
